Bernard Bankole, the Group Managing Director of Finchglow Holdings, pointed out that a significant cultural and operational disconnect exists between the older, traditional workforce and Gen Z. Echoing this sentiment, Dr. Anastasia Gbem, the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), maintained that talent and modern aviation technology are inseparable components of global relevance. She argued that because today’s youth are inherently familiar with complex digital tools, they represent the country's best chance at achieving operational efficiency in air transport.
