Over the years, concrete paving and constant heavy vehicular loads on these delicate zones have exacerbated flash flooding, turning prime residential and commercial sectors into waterlogged hazards during the rainy season. The FCT Administration has warned that any car dealership found operating on unauthorized green areas will face immediate demolition, vehicle impoundment, and severe financial penalties.
